Integrated Production Process
Covering Woven Bags, Paper Bags, Flexible Packaging, and FIBCs
1. Material Preparation
We process PP granules, kraft paper, and multilayer films. Jumbo bags use UV-treated woven fabric for heavy-duty strength.
2. Printing & Lamination
High-quality flexographic or gravure printing is applied. Films are laminated onto woven or paper substrates for enhanced durability and appearance.
3. Forming & Conversion
Materials are precisely cut, sealed, folded, or sewn into finished bags—whether laminated woven sacks, multi-wall paper bags, flexible pouches, or FIBCs with spouts and loops.
4. Inspection & Packing
Every bag undergoes strict quality control for size, strength, and finish. Products are then packed and stored for export-ready delivery.
